These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Court One Pickleball website and to every order you place with us. "Court One", "we" and "us" refer to Court One Pickleball. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About Court One

Court One is an independent retailer of pickleball equipment. The products we sell are designed and manufactured by their brands, such as Selkirk and JOOLA. Brand names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You're responsible for giving us accurate contact, billing and shipping information.

Products, descriptions and availability

We work to describe our products accurately, using specifications provided by the manufacturers. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any order for that product and refund you in full, even after your order has been confirmed.

Bundles and promotions

Bundle prices, such as the grip sleeve and paddle cleaner bundle offered with paddles, apply only when the bundle items are purchased together with a qualifying paddle, one bundle per paddle. Promotions can't be combined unless stated otherwise and may end at any time.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, and we'll email you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, can't verify payment or the product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States to U.S. addresses. Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered. See our shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Our returns policy and refund policy are part of these Terms.

Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one is offered, under the manufacturer's own terms. Court One does not provide a separate or broader warranty. See our warranty page. Except for the manufacturer's warranty, and to the extent the law allows, products are sold "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you allow us to use, display and share it on our website and marketing channels. We don't change the meaning of customer reviews. Please don't send content that is unlawful, misleading or that you don't have the right to share.

Use of our website

The content of this website, including text, design and our logo, belongs to Court One or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping only. Please don't copy, scrape or misuse the site, or interfere with its security or operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court One is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Court One is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the Terms in place when the order was placed.
