Returns & exchanges

Play with it first. If your gear isn't right for your game, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Returns are free on eligible U.S. orders.

What you can return

• Paddles, within 30 days of delivery. You're welcome to play with them during that time.
• Accessories such as grip sleeves and paddle cleaners, unused and in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
• Bundle items (grip sleeve and paddle cleaner) together with the paddle they came with.

What we can't accept

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items that show abuse, intentional damage or missing components, including removed or damaged MOI weights.
• Items that were not purchased from Court One.

How to return an item

• Email contacts@courtone.us with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange.
• We'll reply with return instructions and, for eligible U.S. orders, a prepaid return label.
• Pack the item securely with all original components and drop it off with the carrier.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, so we can match your package to your order.

Exchanges

Want a different color, shape or model? Tell us when you start your return. We'll ship the new item once your return is on its way back, subject to availability. If the new item costs more or less, we'll charge or refund the difference.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email contacts@courtone.us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. See our refund policy for the details.
